Biasakan sebelum merubah settingan parameter,catat dahulu semua data-data aslinya sebelum anda rubah,untuk mencegah kesalahan pengaturan parameter.
Jika TV terkunci pada kondisi CHILD LOCK, tekan menu sampai masuk ke posisi SYSTEM,lalu tekan tombol help atau ( ? ) sampai masuk ke posisi PARENTAL GUIDE.masukan kode : 6688 melalui remote,rubah atau matikan setelan PARENTAL GUIDE ke posisi OFF.

ada beberapa cara,diantaranya dengan menggunakan kode-kode angka atau hurup atau juga kombinasi dari keduanya..cara lain adalah dengan menggunakan trik hardware dengan cara men-short/jumper sesaat pada titik / atau switch yg di sediakan ( sharp,panasonic,thomson,phillips dll).

TIPS CEPAT REPARASI TV SHARP
Tutorial kali ini membahas bagaimana menghadapi masalah /problem pada TV sharp (silver box series ) secara lebih cepat dan menghemat waktu.Dan juga sebagai jawaban langsung atas email pertanyaan dan permintaan dari saudara rudy (sania_rudy@yahoo.co.id)
Langsung pada inti pembahasan :
Setiap kali anda mendapat tv sharp untuk di reparasi.Pertama anda harus bersihkan dulu mainboardnya dengan sikat atau kuas yg dipotong sekitar 2cm,untuk melihat dan memastikan adanya titik solder yg tidak baik,karena titik solder yg kendur akan tergerak dan dapat anda lihat dengan jelas.Gunakan cairan thinner high gloss ( berkualitas bagus dan cepat kering ) untuk membersihkan kotor atau noda pada mainboard.
Setelah bersih,periksa semua titik solder di bagian : Vertikal-Regulator/power supply-Flyback.blok ini adalah yang paling sering terjadi kerusakan titik solder karena panas yang ditimbulkannya.terutama periksa solderan pada bagian kaki IC vertikal dan resistornya.Hati-hati dalam proses pengerjaan ,karena bagian ini sensitif,walaupun power sudah anda matikan masih tersisa tegangan pada elco suplly vertikal ( C:470uf/63v).
Ganti IC vertikal jika memang anda yakin rusak atau juga di tandai dengan berubahnya warna resistor vertikal.kerjakan dengan teliti.
Coba nyalakan pesawat TV dan perhatikan,jika masih tidak mau start secara normal ,ikuti langkah berikut ini:
Jika nyala led berwarna merah ke hijau dan berhenti menjadi kuning,kerusakan terjadi pada IC memory (24c04-24c16),ganti dengan yg baru.Setting kembali parameter di dalam servis menu.
Jika led berwarna merah terus mati,kerusakan terjadi pada IC utama ( TDA 938psxxx ) atau kehilangan tegangan 3.3volt pada regulator,cek bagian power supply.
Jika berwarna hijau atau merah berkedip-kedip,ada kesalahan dalam IC memory ( internal error ),anda dapat mereset ulang IC ini atau menggantinya ( tips mereset IC memory sharp akan di tampilkan pada tutorial khusus ).
Jika led berwarna hijau selama 5-10 detik dan kembali merah,ada kegagalan pada bagian horisontal,periksa flyback ( cabut dan ukur dengan multimeter skala 10k pada kaki ground dan kaki yg menuju kolektor TR.output horisontal,jika bergerak meskipun sedikit berarti flyback sudah short.Juga periksa tegangan 180V untuk blok RGB,biasa terjadi kerusakan pada resistor pembatasnya .
Jika led tidak menyala sama sekali ,periksa bagian input power supply,cek STR 6553/6554.ganti jika rusak dan jangan lupa periksa resistor pembatasnya (6.8/10watt).
Pada proses pergantian IC STR 6553/54 periksa semua dioda terutama 2 buah dioda bagian pojok,ganti dengan yg asli ,jika tidak STR dipastikan akan rusak kembali,dan ini sering terjadi.Bila anda tidak mendapatkan dioda yg bertype sama ,ambil dua buah dioda IN4007 disambung secara seri dan dipasang untuk menggantikan setiap satu buah dioda tersebut.
Kesimpulan :
TV SHARP yang menggunakan IC utama seri TDA 938PSxxx,umumnya dan sering terjadi kerusakan pada : SOLDERAN YANG KURANG BAGUS, IC VERTIKAL, IC MEMORY,FLYBACK dan REGULATOR.
kerusakan pada IC memory adalah bermacam-macam,ada yang karena rusak dan ada pula karena error.Pada kasus yang disebabkan karena error atau corrupt,dapat kita atasi dengan masuk kedalam menu servis.
Dilain kasus ,untuk Sharp seri black box yg menggunakan IC utama TDA 8361/8362.kerusakan standby sering terjadi pada bagian regulator 9V,ganti IC 7809 beserta kapasitor dan dua resistor kembarnya (18 ohm).periksa apakah elco 100-220uF/160Volt-nya tidak kembung.Periksa IC vertikal dan TR horisontal serta perbaiki semua titik solder.Dan tips untuk type ini jika terjadi protek atau tv tidak mau start dan hanya pada posisi standby.Lepaskan solderan pada kaki tengah IC reset program yaitu IC KIA 7045 ( putuskan jalur ground-nya) .IC ini berfungsi memberi tegangan 5volt pada pin reset di IC program (pada type SHARP 51R500) nicam/IGR nomor komponen ini : IC1003 (KIA7405).
